Clear things up for me, Shelley Jackson?

1. Who is the true author of this piece? Is her name actually Shelley Jackson- as the piece is signed, or is it Shelley Shelley?

2. Why does she claim to write in multiple personalites and who is who?

3. What is the entire hypertext about? How the hypertext lies?

4. To me, she is an untrust worthy author. Why does Jackson portray her work this way?

5. Who is her monster she created?

6. Is the imposter her writing? and her actual self what is doing the writing?

  1. 3.I think you've answered Question 3 for yourself in your most recent post, but I will answer it anyways. Hypertext is digital writing. Which is how the majority of writing is done now. Shelley Jackson is talking about writing in this new digital age: Hypertext.

    5. The monster she has created is herself as a writer. It's an allusion to Frankenstein. Just as Frankenstein was a monster composed of different body parts from various strangers, Shelley Jackson is a writer composed of different ideas and opinions recycled from other writers.
